Partnering Organizations

Dirt to Trees to Wildlife is an online mapping tool for New Hampshire that identifies potential forest types leading to wildlife habitats based on characteristics of underlying soils, and lists wildlife species that use the habitats for breeding. Funded through grants provided by the U.S. Forest Service, State and Private Forestry, and the Randolph Community Forest (NH). Developed through a cooperative effort between UNH Cooperative Extension and John Lanier, wildlife biologist.
